Download "i18n-all.zip" file from "http://www.pmwiki.org/pub/pmwiki/i18n/" and add in "wikilib.d" folder of package(i.e only the contents inside UTF-8/wikilib.d to wikilib.d of our package) ( https://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/Cookbook/MultiLanguage ). Not Required in manual install
