Trainers, and an Independent Certified Coach, Teacher and Speaker,
trained and certified by John Maxwell, at Florida, USA. Subramanian has
an MBA specialized in Organizational Effectiveness and Six Sigma and is a
Post Graduate in Finance and Management. He is also a Certified Six
Sigma practitioner, specialized in the field of Shared Services and
Finance.

Bandler); a Dale Carnegie certified Trainer and a gold medalist in MBA
(HR) from Symbiosis.

He then gained valuable experience as the location HR Head of a leading ITES company and later as Vice President with a construction company. He is also a qualified Information Security professional and has been the CISO of an ITES company. Since the year 2009, he has been executing consulting assignments with companies, assisting them with leadership identification, nurturing and career planning for their senior management. He is quick to identify specific leadership development needs of an organization, and he then provides them with leadership development training through both experiential learning methods and on-the-job interventions.</p>
