He is a Certified Cost Estimator & Certified Cost Analyst (from prestigious Professional Associations in the USA), and is an expert in computerized quantitative Risk Analysis using Monte Carlo simulation techniques. With his rich experience and in depth knowledge, he offers Consultancy Services as a Cost Engineering expert to Individuals and Organizations worldwide.</p>

<p>Subramanian Narayan is the Founder and Managing Director of Renergetics Consulting Pte. Ltd., a company incorporated in Singapore specialized in Coaching, Consulting and Training. He is a Founding Circle Member of THE JOHN MAXWELL TEAM, and a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Teacher and Speaker, trained and certified by John Maxwell, at Florida, USA.</p>
<p>Subramanian has an MBA specialized in Organizational Effectiveness and Six Sigma and is a Post Graduate in Finance and Management. He is also a Certified Six Sigma practitioner, specialized in the field of Shared Services and Finance.</p>
<p>Subramanian has a wide range of corporate leadership experience, spanning 25 years, across various industries and multinational companies. His experience includes leading, coaching and facilitating a diverse group of business leaders from multi-cultural backgrounds in Asia pacific, Middle east and Americas. </p>

<p>He is a highly proficient, dynamic and enterprising individual with excellent sales and marketing skills. He is heading our training team in Sales and Marketing, and is also offering his consultancy services in the Insurance field.</p>
